By downloading, installing, or using the 14 Min Book Summaries app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Description of Service

14 Min Book Summaries provides audio summaries of popular non-fiction books. Free users receive 2 plays per day. Premium subscribers receive unlimited access.

3. Subscription Terms

• Monthly Plan: $1.99/month, billed monthly
• Yearly Plan: $6.99/year, billed annually
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

4. Content Usage

• All content is for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not redistribute, copy, or share content from the app
• Downloaded content is for offline personal use only

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including audio summaries, images, and text, is protected by copyright and owned by or licensed to us.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
